Where are you located? Depends on what you usually enjoy I'd imagine.
Skydive, bungy jump, skywalk Auckland, night out with friends, live gig/show, go somewhere new in NZ, skiing/snowboarding, hike a mountain, try new foods, helicopter ride, mountain biking, cave exploring, hot air balloon, white water rafting, arcade/laser tag/bowling.
Just some random suggestions off the top of my head.
Also, is this just for you or to share with friends (and how many?)?

Not bad considering their sightseeing tour lasting 25 minutes is $465 per person with a minimum of 4 people needed
If in Auckland I would highly recommend paintball, Delta Force Paintball is my preferred place, would highly recommend it's alot of fun shooting people without consequences 😅
Indoor go carts are a blast, the 4 times ive played paintball are the most fun ive had with pants on, theres a modded crystal original xbox with 2 halo and 2 blue controllers on trademe if you'd like to get into retro gaming it's hard to beat that package
