Gaming PC under 1k?

Hi all I have never built a gaming PC before.
thinking of buying a second hand 3060ti for around $400 and then budgetting for rest for $600.
I already have monitors/ssd/keyboard/mouse.

I honesly dont know what CPU/motherboard etc works well with each other.
