  I tried ordering a free sample and some regular products for over $100 total. It says free shipping over $59, but that doesn't work if you have a free sample in your cart. In fact the shipping was $19, which is more than the advertised $7.90 NZD. So in the end I didn't bother to order any extra products and just took the sample.

    You'd think this is a mistake on their part - literally lost out on >$100 of sales just because of that.
    Might want to consider changing that OP, it's clearly impacting sales

    I tested it without the code and Free Shipping didn't work at all for me, either with or without the sample.

  If your more into your Prot's then you can request a protein sample instead, same deal samples are free but pay shipping, the offers dont stack :(
