Ready Steady Quit is a smoking cessation service

Here's what you'll get:

• $200 ($550 for Hapū Māmā) in vouchers split and awarded at each week in the programme.
• Whānau who join our service will receive a $200 voucher for 8 weeks smoke-free.
• Free face-to-face tailored support in a 4 to 12-week programme with individual or group support sessions
• Free nicotine replacement - gum, lozenges, patches

Conditions:
Vouchers are awarded at each step in the programme. All milestones must be met to achieve the full value. Vouchers need to be picked up in person with ID presented. Hapū Māmā will receive up to $550 vouchers over a 12-week programme. Our Hapū Māmā will be nurtured and receive support during their journey with us. This offer is not intended for staff within organisations funded by Te What Ora to provide smoking cessation support. The client must live in the Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland and Te Whatu Ora Waitematā regions (WDHB and ADHB) areas (South Auckland is not included). Not for vapers.
