That is probably what the Hyperboom is really worth. I got it as part of a PBtech phone pre-order, it is decent but definitely not worth the rrp of $599.

I could never work out the purpose of the speaker, I use it sometimes outside mainly because I feel bad for not using it.
It's too big to be portable and it doesn't have a remote so it was annoying to use when I connected it to the TV.
Maybe useful for parties but probably better alternative out there for the rrp
JBL Partybox 110 is definitely a better option for parties.
Yeah the big one would be cool if it was a smart speaker with Spotify client. Like at that sort of price/size then it's not the thing I'd casually have in my backpack for a hike or anything, but would be a good option around the house rather than Bluetooth.
The rrp is a decent price if we look at the compitition (Jbl boombox and Sony 600 series).

I think Smiths City got their pricing wrong a couple of Saturday's ago - they tried to ring me multiple times thru to Sunday evening after my purchase. Galaxy Watch 5 Graphite 44mm $198 (as on Choice Cheapies). Did anyone else experience this?
I got the 40mm at that price and never got contacted. Order got shipped pretty quick.

Yep same just called the contact centre and they confirmed no stock for the Boom and they're cancelling. My brother's watch order just got cancelled today too.
Is the Smiths City online store just run as someone's hobby? How do they have no tracking of stock being sold. It's such a bad way to operate.
Yes my hyperboom was cancelled today even though it was still showing in stock two days after I brought it.
