Fruit & Veg Box

Our OG Wonky Box consists of a minimum of 10 varieties of produce, approximately 3 of which are fruit. We’ll collect the season’s best produce from New Zealand based growers and deliver fresh from the farm. You can expect alternating staples such as onions, potatoes and carrots along with a seasonal variety of what farmers need rescuing.

Veg Only Box

For the less fruity folk, we’ll pack an assortment of 10 varieties of seasonal vegetables, collected from local growers and delivered fresh from the farm.

Both are ideal for two people or a small household.

  We've been getting the vege only box for a few weeks now. Calculated out, its comparable to going to the store and getting each of the items individually.
  Produce has always been good, nice variety (forced us to try new meals) so overall a good experience for us.

    are you able to request swaps for certain veges like if i don't like yams have it swapped for something of another ?

      There are no swaps with Wonky box and you only find out what's in the box a few days before. It makes sense when they're trying to reduce waste and move excess fruit/veges from growers.   My girlfriend gets the vegetable only box which makes it very comparable to the supermarket. The mixed box we don't find to be of the same value.

  Markets are by far cheaper though.

    Agree with this. You're paying extra for convenience and the box is on par with supermarkets.
