When I try to sign up to Prime on Amazon.com.au, it tells me I need an AU billing address… And I am guessing that Prime Video, which we can get, doesn't count?
Feel like I'm missing something obvious!! Thanks in advance!

Yeah just add an Australian address to your account, then change the default address under deliver to in the top left hand corner: to the Australian one, then you can see the prime page after a refresh.
Then add to cart, then change to the NZ address to complete checkout.I didn't even need to have the Australian address as the primary one, it just needed to have one Australian one in there.
Weird, mine did. With my NZ one it kept saying I didn't have prime lol
Are there free shipping (to NZ) options for the Prime deals or do you usually have to pay for shipping? Since technically the deals are only for Aus?
Mostly above $59 will be free for many items, excluding bulky I think.
I just added an Australian address to view the deals and then once added to cart changed the delivery address to NZ. Got free shipping too.
Does this trick work with the Bose QuietComfort 45?
It shows as temp out of stock for nz address, but on au it's in stock and on prime sale.
