Does anyone know if there is a way to remove discounts from your account so that you can utilise credits?
I have some credits (from referrals), but I also have two 20% discounts on my account which are used in advance of the credits (can't seem to use both at once).
That means I have to buy two boxes at 80% (not a good deal compared to even supermarket prices, let alone shopping the specials at other stores) before I can use the credits to get a free box (almost).

when you say 'resubscribe' do you mean that I need to 'unsubscribe' in:
Account Settings
Plan Settings
Status - Cancel My Plan
If so, it does say there:
Please note that canceling your subscription will also remove any earned promotions or rewards.
I had inferred that I would lose my credit as it seems to fall under the category of 'earned promotions or rewards'?
If I have that wrong, please can you expand on what it means to 'resubscribe'?

Hi Alan, yes you're correct. Apologies I should've used HelloFresh-specific terms. You will want to reactivate your plan, then cancel your plan straight away. That will remove promotions but the referral credit will remain (my $100 credit remained when I followed this process last week). Then reactivate the plan once more and the credit should be automatically applied.

Hi Alan, what worked for me just last week is to resubscribe with the discount applied and then immediately cancel it. If you then resubscribe once more, the discount will have been marked as used, allowing you to then apply the credit.
