  I went a different route and bought a
  Ryobi ONE+ 18V Jigsaw (as I already have lots of Ryobi tools) and some jigsaw massage heads from ebay. Worked out to be around $210 all up. It's bloody good as a massager and can also cut stuff :)

    I would also assume it can achieve a much higher RPM also?

      It goes hard out. 5 year warranty too (with online registration). I have heaps of batteries from my other Ryobi tools so means no long waits for charging etc. Bit heavier and louder would be the cons, but I consider it part of my workout ahha.
