    This is often the case with their flour.
    We just keep it in a well sealed container and it is fine well past the date indicated.

    It's also ok to keep flour in a freezer. I currently have about 12kg stored in a deep freeze.

    Yeah same mine had 1-2 months best before, must be wanting clear old product, but i assume flour can last well beyond the best before

      The things to look out for are lumps in it, changes in colour, smell or taste(sour).

      That being said flour should last 3-6 months past best before without any real quality issues if its stored correctly. Self raising can degrade faster.
