    All the items are also on the warehouse website that offers better discounts on their goods and single check out. So there goes the last reason.

    Easy returns process?
    ZIP offers when available?

    Not deal breakers though.

      I think free return is still a plus.

      Having said that they had once charged back the shipping fees on my return item (ie they deducte the shipping from the refund) and I had to reason with them to get it waive. After that incident I try to avoid "change of mind" as my return reason.
