    The 30% off at New Year was for upgrades on 1,3 or 12 month subs.
    For new and inactive accounts they gave 40%. Details here
    This deal is less at 25% but is available for current subscribers too.

    I'm pretty sure they discontinued these when they introduced the new PS Plus tiers last year.
