    I wasn't receiving the confirmation of address email either so I entered my email in their 'sign up for the newsletter' box on the main page. Not sure if it was just coincidental timing but the confirmation email came straight through after that!

    So it seems like my order also got canceled so I contacted them, and they were willing to reorder my samples, this was the response they gave:

    "Sorry to hear that, it looks like they were canceled because they were ordered through a freebie website"
    "No, it's just that we don't authorize for our samples to be put on freebie websites, so if we receive an order coming from a freebie website, it automatically gets canceled."

        I just reordered it, but they say shipping is 15 days because it comes from Canada, so I guess I'll have to wait for over two weeks to see if it comes

          I'm guessing they automatically cancelled all orders from New Zealand due to the high orders.

    I just received this email from them:

    Unfortunately this was cancelled as we cannot send samples to New Zealand for free. We're not sure where you got the FREESHIP code from, as this is a code we only provide to certain customers throughout the year, and this was not provided by us. This code has now been deactivated as we have noticed a lot of free sample orders coming from New Zealand over the past week, using this code.

    If you would still like to try the samples, we can definitely assist you, however you will need to pay for shipping.
