    I regret not picking up the 3-plug charger over the keyboard. The keyboard is complete junk

    • Should have just bought both 😃. Yet to use the keyboard. Got it for the work laptop for when I travel.

      • Yeah, I was way too hesitant with this deal, I just assumed everything would get cancelled.

    Samsung are an absolute bunch of (profanity). I had a order for click and collect (they just ship it to their store instead of you, pointless much?) which I refused to take. The box had been dropped with damage on the outer box and internal phone packaging. The retail store can't replace it. The online store refuses to send a replacement until they have done their internal investigation with a regular eta of 3-4 weeks. Even though my investigation is a 'priority' I haven't had any update in one week. Samsung, you sent the package to your store and it was signed for by your staff. Why the hell am I having to wait?

      Yeah I too have had real poor results from them. Ordered a fridge, it stayed in pending state for over a week even with me asking for updates (as it was urgent), so I cancelled it and ordered through a retailer (who had it delivered in days). A few days after I had my new fridge, I received a call from a carrier saying they were going to deliver a fridge (wtf; I had cancelled it!!!)….I refused the delivery, and ended up doing a credit card charge reversal (through the bank) as Samsung never initiated a refund….total muppets.

        They are absolutely fine on the proviso you don't have to engage with them. The second you need to communicate with them the entire house of cards comes crashing down and sets itself on fire. Since buying a phone then various accessories from deals and using up my rewards points the ordering has been fine but customer service once the payment clears is abysmal. I've got a simple complaint lodhed in January with a 24 hour estimate to return my call, I escalated after 3 days, 2 months later they emailed me an auto response saying they received the email.

      I don't know why you are getting downvoted. Samsung is literally the worst company I have dealt with in terms of customer service. It is so bad that it basically does not exist. Want to cancel an order over the call? Nope, have to send them an email. Their E-store customer service is so bad they don't reply to email for weeks. If you ever buy a samsung product, just pray to god that you never have to go through their customer service.

  • Has someone figured out how to use the rewards points for payment? I bought the s23 ultra so I assume I could use those points to get some accessories?

    • Think it takes a while for the points to actually appear in your account first from experience?

    Worst company EVER to buy directly from. They had a massive bug in the checkout last time, and later admitted thier site was a mess. Among other things, the main unit showed out of stock, when a cheap plastic freebie was out of stock, and because there were stock issues with the free cases; the buds/chargers showed out of stock (when they weren't). So it took me HOURS to place my order. I ended up being billed for, and shipped two sets of buds pro 2 to the local Samsung Kiosk when I only wanted one. While they dispense, there's nothing the two entities share in terms of business process. I logged a return online for one set, and took the other. 6 MONTHS later and I have just been refunded for the buds I never wanted and never received. I had called and emailed probably 20 times. They are effing USELESS. The excuse they gave was they hadn't received the return from the kiosk. Not my problem. I was never in possession. Work it out with your kiosk. Half way through my email thread the customer service address started bouncing. Then when I called and waited and waited, it was finally sorted and I got a confirmation from the same address. Either they had blocked me or the mail box was full or some kind of wrecked. Totally mickey mouse for such a large multinational. The external case still hasn't arrived and I dropped my buds and OEM case on the driveway and now they are all scuffed and pitted. They fall out of your ears when you sweat or lean forward and the touch controls still trigger if you so much as think about adjusting them so they stay in your ear. This was a grievance apparently from v1 that was supposed to be sorted. The worst.
