  • with Pliers!

  • I have just about everything in there, and yet, …..

    • same here, the only difference is they are all in one package and not scattered all around the place. would be nice to keep that in the car.

I've got a garage full of tools but would like something I can easily chuck in the car, when someone asks for help.
I'm not familiar with these more entry level tools, I think I'm going to pop around to repco to check this one out as it looks like it might be better value (depending on how the ratchets are etc)

Mechpro stuff tends to be real decent for the price, have never had issues.

Yep I went to see it in person, I don't know about the mechpro stuff, but the mechpro blue seems to be decent, the ratchets are as you'd expect for a value tool. Everything's build quality appears to be OK. The breaker bar has a bit of play, but again to be expected for a value tools, but I think they're good for the price. Great set to keep ready to go.

The bag along with the other tools and no imperial I think makes it better value than the Stanley set.

Edit: at the time of my post this tool set is $149
