Considering buying a wearable this year. But not sure to go for Huawei or FitBit or Garmin or Apple Watch. Any suggestions?

    general fitness and sleep tracking. Will be good to get the mobile notifications on the device too.

      Most watches will have competent fitness / sleep tracking, even the budget ones seem to do well in that regard.
      
      Huawei is under a bunch of sanctions so their watches, while very competent as activity trackers, seem to fall short when it comes to smartwatch features. So things like contactless payments, actionable notifications and voice assistant commands will be completely absent on the watch, as they weren't able to sign any contracts with Google and can't use their API's. The upside of this is that their watches tend to have pretty long battery life since their OS has been kept quite simple.
      
      If you're an iPhone user and want the best smartwatch experience I'd stick with the Apple Watch. For Android the Galaxy Watch 4/5 is the best all-rounder (Good at everything but let down by poor battery life. the 40mm watches should be avoided as they have the smallest battery. I typically have to charge mine at the end of the day)
