Hi everyone, has anyone spotted any good deals for portable hard drives? preferably one that doesnt need any power source other than laptop/computer but I could also be persuaded to consider plug in to power options if its a very sharp deal.

Also worth knowing what you are needing, ie is a mechanical drive OK? Or are you needing something higher performance ie an SSD?
SSDs are also smaller and more resiliant to being knocked around - handy for a portable device.
Finally, what sort of capacity are you looking at? 500GB? 4TB? 16TB etc?

I have made a few orders from Doolz with no issues, promptly couriered, purchase confirmation + dispatch emails etc.
Don't worry about gaming in the name works perfectly with PC (haven't tried on Mac but will be no issues if formatted to exFAT to work on both PC & Mac). I have 3 of these exact same drives & they are fast & reliable, 2.5" powered by usb.
These drives have been cheaper in the past but I cannot foresee any short term price drops.
I have multiple Western Digital & Seagate portable external hard drives connected to My PC via powered hubs but I find the Toshiba hard drives the most reliable (& best looking if that is a factor). I would recommend to avoid Silicon Power & Adata portable external hard drives due to being slow & problematic.
