Anyone Else Ordered a Steamdeck from TWH/1-Day?

  I looked at getting one from the market/1-day but by the time i went to place the order the next day they were all sold out. Emailed support and they don't when they are getting any more in next.
  Ended up getting a friend in the states to order one for me instead.

    still no news on it or replies from emails, been about 10 days, clearly they are not in possession of the item as suggested prior to buying.

  so they stated i can just return it when it arrives, i cant cancel the order.

  1-day is really slow for sending stuff, usually packed 3-4 days after order and then it often sits in their warehouse for upto a week before the courier picks it up. Not sure why the courier part takes so long but it's never been fast for me.

    i haven't used their service since the warehouse acquired it, i doubt they even have it in NZ since they cannot give me any information.
    some suppliers i called state mid Feb.

    the marketplace has a special with discount adding salt to the wound making is $92 less ($843.09)

    Perhaps there is an agreement to get reduced rates but only a 1 time a week pickup.

      I ordered from the warehouse app, I have now a tracking link 13 working days later

      I had a feeling they were going to have a sale for less than what i paid for before i get the unit which is the infuriating part.
      At lease those who got it from the marketplace wont have to wait as long as i did.

      What i think happened is via the warehouse app it was marked as available while the other venues were not and when they secured the items it was available for sale but by then it was out of stock before i got any information about my order.

      They just said to return it when it arrives, will see if they will give me compensation beforehand
