Unfortunately we have experienced an error with one of our Philips distributors price/stock feeds. This meant we had incorrect information listed for the Philips B-Line 275B1 27 inch Monitor which you have ordered. We only had two units available on our site, however due to the obvious price error we received many orders within a short time frame (our system only removes stock once an order has completed the checkout process, which allowed many users to have this item in their cart at one time and subsequently checkout). Unfortunately this model is now unavailable and due to the obvious price error we will be providing a full refund to your credit card.
Our secondary Philips suppliers listing is now showing on our site (with 42 units available as of this morning) with a price of $497.10 incl gst and free delivery.
Due to the error and inconvenience caused, as a gesture of good will we would be happy to offer this model at our cost price of $447.00 incl gst plus ship this unit to your location for free. If you would like to proceed with this offer please let us know.
