What makes this $200 better than the $30 one from Briscoes?

I can't imagine there's much variation possible.

Also lol, the generic cast iron from Briscoes is now branded Simon Gault but it's literally the same sets I bought years ago and still use through to today. Branding is such a crock(pot) of shit.

    He's making himself look like a dick, implying there's lead in cheap cast iron pans.
    I too see absolutely no reason to spend anywhere near this much money on cast iron cookware.
