I've had an NCM e-bike for about 2 years and it's great for its price. Battery degradation is my biggest issue, it's at about 80% of its original capacity. Still more than sufficient.
Had an issue with the bike after purchasing and as I bought it online & don't live near Auckland it was hard to get the problem fixed. Had to go through some hoops to get it looked at at a competitor. Would be better if they partnered with other stores to provide countrywide servicing.
Still, can't beat it for its price.
