I got this email last month. Filled up the following day, scanned my Flybuys card, still haven't received any bonus points. I'm new to Flybuys and I had to chase them up multiple times for the Disney+ points and now I'm having to do the same thing for the Caltex ones that according to the original email I should have already received, is this normal practice for them giving you the runaround like this? Seems a bit sketchy.
I've had these deals twice in the past. Usually 1 week to fill up and I got points about a week after offer finished IIRC. No issues with Z. Had to chase up Disney both times.

I’ve never received these targeted emails even though im signed up to receive communications via email. Is there something i need to do differently?
I did receive the email previously which the offer ended on the 9th Dec. Pumped up twice during the promo period and received 100 points.
cool I thought it was a system error as I got 2x50 too hehe. I quickly used up the points just in case lol
