They're actually great for removing pet hair from carpets. But I wouldn't use it as your main house vacuum for every day use

Yes, identical model. They said we do not match promotional price. I double checked mitre 10 conditions when returned home and could not find anything related. Sent them a question using form on a website.
Got reply from customer service this morning. They apologised and offered to do price match on my next visit.

I don't think that Mitre 10 in Masterton is the greatest with price matching. I got them to prove match an item last year but they didn't do the 15% price beat, just matched the price. I don't know if the staff isn't trained up properly or if they purposely don't do it/make it difficult under management guidelines.
