Probably not this time. The 20% off will apply automatically once the item is added to the cart. So the agent is more likely to adjust the final price only. Let me know if I'm wrong.

Farmers have 15% of Lego at the moment. Most of the items I’ve looked at there have been slightly cheaper than Kmart. Pays to look at both for price matching

Always try to price promise. Kmart often have better retail prices than The Warehouse. The 20% will come off the (new) price promise price.
