Has anybody ordered a click and collect order from Rebel Sports which had a item in stock and low in stock for other items and while trying to follow up been told they have all 3 of my items in-store however since 2 items were being sent from Botany they advised me if I want them all from their store (reminder all 3 items are in-store) that id need to pay for the 2 items separately while collecting and refund the other 2 items once they arrive from Botany?
Is this usual practice from Rebel?
Update - went through 2 different people who were adamant that was my only option if I wanted them now as my Son has a Volleyball Comp from Mon to Fri next week so it was pointless waiting 5 days.
Asked to speak to the Manager then the 2nd lady went away came back and said Manager said its fine I can have all the items right now.
Is there anything I need to do in particular to ensure this doesnt happen next time?
