Feedback with Buying Tech Items from 1-Day (via The Market)

Hi,

I was wondering if I could ask for feedback about anyone's experience with buying new tech items from 1-Day (via The Market).

I understand they are now part of The Warehouse Group, but before I shop, any good or bad experiences from them?

In the past, I've gotten "refreshed" items from them and they were terrible and faulty. Had to deal with returns and getting refunds. I wonder if they've not improved, or if it should be less of a concern with 'new' terms.

I'd appreciate your thoughts.

    Returns and refunds via the market with market club was really quick and painless when I bought shoes that were the wrong size. You print a return label and just drop it off at a market collection point of which there were plenty of shops throughout Wellington to choose from. Return acknowledgement and subsequent refund was very quick.

    I agree with your concerns, and it really makes no difference how easy they make it to send things back, you don't want the hassle of having to do that in the first place (they won't compensate you for the time and hassle).

    Personally, at this point, I don't buy much from 1-Day (as opposed to any other part of TWG) if I can avoid it.
