Hi All,
Does anyone know what happens if an order is sent out by TheMarket.com to a collection point (for example, a Noel Leeming store), and it is not collected, and eventually returned to TheMarket?
Do they refund, require that you collect from somewhere else, or do you just lose the goods?
They do email you to say that the goods have been 'sent back', but it does not say what happens next.

They should automatically refund your payment.
I bought a mobile phone a couple of years ago and never got to collect it as I ended up in hospital for 6 months.
When I eventually got out, I checked and saw they had refunded my payment.
