    End of life… 😬

    Personally I like best before

    • It's also only for the Organic product line. Our household go through different kinds of oat milk and Oatley's Organic product was surprisingly bad unfortunately.

      • It's for the standard original (non-organic) as well. I just ordered some. I wanted the barista, but its sold out.

        • Yup the barista oatley for making milk-based coffee drinks is one of the best oatmilks I've tried.

    • Interesting that Countdown has been getting rid of the Original ones for a while too, with at least some earlier best befores. I assume someone imported way too many? (Countdown may confuse people since they store it in the fridge so I suspect people think it needs to be.)

  • Given that you can blend your own oat milk in a few minutes for about 50 cents a litre, I'm not sure why it's so expensive to buy. Is there a big difference between premade and DIY ?

The way they produce it is quite different to simply blending. Saying that my homemade (blending and straining) last time was surprisingly good. Some brands add calcium, not sure if it bioavailable.

Still like to give the obligatory: these guys were a disaster to order from

  • I've just purchased 54 packs of organic oat milk. PM me if anyone wants to buy 20 units from me - I'm based in Albany Auckland
