I don't feel like this merits a deals thread as it's more a program that's ongoing than it's own deal that other members might want to chime in with any information on.
I've noticed over recent months Microsoft are making more and more points available to us here to bring us almost up to other regions offerings.
Earlier in the year they added:
Bing searches which can earn complete daily:
- 90 points for desktop searches
- 60 points forobile searches
- 12 points for edge searches
- 10 points a day for clicking a link
If you change your region to Australia (just an option in edge) you can also select the gaming tab on the new tab page and there's a bonus reward of 10-50 points each day.
As of 1/10 we now also have available:
- 3x daily tasks for 10 points each
- streaks available for completing these tasks daily
- Seasonal punchcards for additional points
Added to all this is the existing Xbox game pass quests and those in the rewards app on your Xbox.
With all these new additions it's making the scheme significantly better here and we can now actually accumulate a decent haul of points. There's a miniumum of 215 points available each day before you add in punchcards, streaks and weekly Xbox quests.
As someone with gamepass ultimate the magic number for me is 300 points, this means you can claim a 3 months Xbox live gold card every 50 days to convert to gamepass ultimate and stack on to the end of my subscription. Alternatively you can buy Microsoft credit or Amazon.com.au gift vouchers with the points if you'd prefer.
