    UA55JU660 is going for $2278 now. Lower than last week's price and the lowest 55" 4K curved TV at the moment and the lowest price seen on this model.

      I placed an order yesterday for UA55JU660. But DickSmith did not honor the price mentioning it was unauthorised card usage on the purchase.
      So I called them for explanation, they claim that the fund was taken and will refund 3-5 business days. I checked my online credit card account that indeed my available balance has been reduced. They cannot do anything on my order and offer me manual order with direct fund (which I do not want to take my direct fund flow!). Further more, they don't accept credit card order over the phone! I asked if they can offer the same price if I go to pick up in store. But their answer is NO! Here is the statement from them below.

      "We regret to inform you that with the details you have provided we have been unable to verify that order 300211xxx was placed by the authorised card holder. As such we have chosen to cancel this order. Your payment was in a pre-authorisation "held" status with your card provider. Upon cancellation of theorder Dick Smith has requested that your card provider release these funds back to you. Depending on your financial institution these funds will be available to you in 3 to 5 business days. Please note that if you do attempt to place another order via the website unfortunately it will also not be processed. If however you wish to proceed with your order & to make payment via an alternative means like Direct Funds Transfer please contact our Online Customer Service Centre on 0800 373 347 – select option 1 during the hours of 9am – 5pm NZST Monday to Friday who would be happy to assist."

      Very disappointed with the customer service provided by Dick Smith!

          Their customer service is terrible, I have sent them an email regards about case but they never response on that. Never mind on that, Noel Leeming agrees to price match on that. So it's good with Fly Buy. Never buy from Dick Smith any more!
