            @Vish: Try again now. It's still working. In order to not have to create a new email address, just put a full stop in between a couple of letters in the email (if Gmail). Maybe try in incognito (but shouldn't make a difference).

            Also if you're out west and Rubenite doesn't want em, I'd grab those titans shirts off ya XD

        Yeah, so I placed my first order for the sneaker care kit and got my $20 off sign-up bonus. All paid etc. Now I am creating a new order, I have quite a few shoe care items and the 25% off is not applying to checkout.

          Ah you're right. Not applying to the shoe polishes it seems.

          Tried with some shoes and interestingly it reduced each item by 25%, not 25% off the additional item.

            @Latex Fist: Yeah, exact same happened with me, each shoe accessory was being discounted by 25% off. Should have placed my order this morning. Oh well. At least I have another $20 off code to use as I created another account with my second email. The $20 off codes were coming through instantly for me this morning, either in my inbox or junk folder.

    They cancelled my order, didnt bother to refund or tell me that it's cancelled. Only knew it was cancelled when I logged in to check order status. Beware!! I spent slightly more than everyone here.

      Just logged in, and sure enough, my order has also been cancelled. Poor that they didn't even bother to send out an email about it.

    I assume my order is cancelled - I have been refunded but the order status is complete and the track and trace details just have a number allocated but nothing has been scanned. No email communication, very poor service in my books. Their fault for not having a minimum spend on the voucher.

      Same thing happened to me. Order was sent out already but they must have entered my details and requested the redirection through NZ Post.

    Both my orders were canceled. Only just realised it’s been a while and thought my package was coming. Usually a store emails you to let you know they are refunding your order, but not the case for merchant 1948. Sucks.
