to celebrate Club’s 10th birthday they're giving out surprise credits. I received $20.

Looks as though the emails are sent to members only, so i dont think you'd receive one after signing up

How long do I have to activate my credit?
Credit must be activated between Monday 19th - Wednesday 28th September 2022.

When does my credit expire?
The last day to redeem credit is Wednesday 28th September 2022.

Why did my friend get more credit than me?
Different club members received different amounts of credit for this promotion.

Why didn't I get an email or credit?

  • This may be for a several reasons including:
    • You may not be opted in to email marketing.
    • You may not have given us your email address.
    • You might have joined our club after 14th September which was the cut off date to be eligible for this offer.

I am a member, opted in to marketing and have an email address on my membership but can't find my credit email, why is this?

        Somehow I never receive this credits even though I can see all of the above true. Have purchased from them at least 5 times in last 3 months. I get the weekly catalogue and other promotion emails.

        This is ticked as well.

        I would like to receive special deals, offers and promotional material

        I don’t purchase much from them but all the correct boxes are ticked and no email.

    Pretty sure I am not their greatest customer - only occasional small purchases, but maybe due to me having been a member of their rewards 'club' for some time?

      Stanley advises the email was sent to you in error Alan.
      The $25 is actually your membership fee, now due.
      Any enquiries can be handled by the helpful Vodafone call centre.
      Apparently you know the number?

        Do you, by any chance, have his Skinkin' Bank Account Number that you could send to me? Last thing I want to do is call Vodafone yet again!!

          The easiest way will be to click on the link sent to your email.
          It will take you direct to your online banking where a helpful technician can guide you remotely to make payment.
          That's what I was told anyway.
          Sounds legit.

            I am still waiting on my $1m, $5m, $200m, and $4.8bn from Prince Abu of Nigeria, but they tell me it is just about to arrive - I just have to pay one last fee to get it cleared, then I will be so rich, I will be able to nearly afford a house in Auckland!

    I clicked on the link in the email that was still unread in my inbox and when it opened in the browser it said this
    “ YOUR $15 CREDIT HAS
    ALREADY BEEN ACTIVATED”

    But when I check my credit balance in my account it is not showing in there.
    Did this happen to anyone else?

    Has someone worked out how the algorithm works or something and been stealing others credit?

      Mine took a while to show on the account but did come through.
      I doubt your credit has been stolen.

        Ah yes, showing now. I was just a bit too keen! But mainly it was the confusing wording saying your credit has already been activated that threw me off.
