    $29 PAK'nSAVE Mill St (Hamilton)

I asked a TWH live agent if they knew if they would be getting more any time soon (currently out of stock), but said that they don't have access to that information.

    • Would a Warehouse price promise be better than a Chemist Warehouse one. They have the weird % off the difference thing

      • +1

The Warehouse would be cheaper at $44.10 (10% less than Countdon) vs $46.90 with Chemist Warehouse (10% less the difference in price).
Biggest challenge is to actually get an agent to do the price beat as they have become very reluctant lately.

        • Ah thanks. So Warehouse is cheaper unless you try the Pak N Save $29 one. Then Chemist would be $24.90 vs TWH $26.10. For Warehouse I prefer in store, they're far more likely to price promise in my experience.

          • @Kirkitplayer3: Correct.
However, The Warehouse is out of stock online and the Pak n Save price is only at Mill St, Hamilton.
Good luck trying - but don’t hold your breath!

    • Wow, that is some insane price Wakrak, thanks! I ordered quite a few online in case they go out of stock so hopefully I'll be able to collect some and give as Christmas presents or something.

Hmm looks like all collection slots are full tomorrow so I have to collect on Wednesday. Do you reckon it's best to just go tomorrow morning?

If you're desperate for em, then yes, I reckon go in-store.

  • Did go to chemist warehouse for a price match. None on the shelf. When asked the team member, she said "there's price error for that one so we remove it from the shelf" eventhough website says in stock.
I think they're on to it from the last oral -b price match.
Am going to try price matching online now

    • Westgate and Glenfield stores are happy to price match at least

  • $37.99 @ Pak'nSave Lower Hutt.

Not sure, there is a lot of stock left.
It's not in the normal section, check the low-priced sections near the checkouts.

  • Does anyone know how this model compares to the pro 2 2000?

The 800 is NiMH, while the 1500 and 2000 Pro 2 are both Li-Ion, with about twice the oscillating speed and easily five times the battery capacity. The battery is also vastly more resilient - after three years the NiMH batteries are toast, you're lucky to get a single good brush out of them, while the Li-Ion versions will have a bit over half the capacity they started with, but that's still a good week off charge with a couple of full power uses a day. We have an 800 and 1500 series in our bathroom, no one else uses the 1500 because my wife hates it (too strong for her mouth, it makes her teeth rattle) and the kids say it hurts their gums. So the 1500 gets charge for one night every fortnight, the 800 lives on the charging block. They might not like it, but I'm never going back to a NiMH toothbrush ever again…

However, the Pro 2 already has a pressure sensor which I think should be enough for my sensitive gums and have lithium battery unlike the Pro 800 which I nearly bought yesterday

But yes, Li-ion and faster motor make a big difference. Pro 2 2000 is also German made if it matters. This is the best value of them all. If you can't afford the $50 then a Vitality or the Pro 700/800 (the one that goes on sale for ~$25 regularly) is still good, but if able the extra is worth it.

      • Thanks a ton! Will wait for the next special on the 2000 although I guess the current Amazon price isn’t too bad so maybe I’ll just get it now anyway.

      • Pro 800 is German Made too afaik. Snagged it the other day for 24.9 @chemist

  • Managed to bought one for $24.90 at Lynnmall chemist warehouse. Man too so long for the lady at the counter to check with her manager twice as it was below their purchase price!

Now available online at The Warehouse. Just did a pricematch for testing sake (with PNS, Mill St).

Agent I got (Milly) did not pricebeat, so price came down to $29.

Looks like the $5 off $50 now works on browser too (MarketClub), so could get two for $53 (or lower if they pricebeat).

    • Managed to price beat get down to $26.1 from (Tenille).

Bought two for my family, comes with to 47.2 (23.6 each) after using the $5 off $50 discount.
