Anyone Own a Goldair GPTF500 Fan and Heater Tower

I own this fan and it does not swivel anymore. Fan doesn't swivel and still under warranty but I have lost the receipt. Wondering if there is any way to claim for repair or replacement?

    You will need proof of purchase to make a claim.
    It doesn’t need to be a receipt but that is the easiest and most straight forward.
    Failing that, at least a bank/credit card statement that shows the date and merchant where you purchased it from.

      You could try going back to the store and explaining what’s happened.
      They might be kind enough to look up the receipt and reprint it if you can give them the day you purchased it (or close to)
