Already past the Best before date will still be good to consume if refrigerator for couple of months
Given they are normal ones and not peanut/crispy etc they should last a year past BB with no significant drop in quality providing they are stored in a dark cool place. BB is already ~13 months after production date in most cases. It's only when heat and moisture come into play that choc really starts to suffer.
