Conditions of entry
How to Enter:
An eligible participant (the "Participant") must enter the "Matariki Quiz" (the "Promotion") Prize Draw by:
following the link to the website provided and registering their name and a valid email address.
completing the quiz on the Promotion landing page on the website.
Participation in the Promotion is not limited to one entry per person.
Promotion commences 01 June 2022 12.01am NZT and closes 30 June 2022 11.59am NZT (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will be ineligible for entry.
Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn from the Prize pool on 01 July 2022 by 5pm NZT. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the email address they provided upon registration. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a winner prior to 07 July 2022 8am NZT, then the Prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The Promoter’s decision is final in respect of all aspects of the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered.

Prize details and conditions
There are Three (3) separate Prize packs to be won; the first (1) prize pack is 1 x Apple Watch Series 7. The second (2) prize pack is 1 x Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and the third (3) prize pack is 1 x Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (the "Prize"). The estimated retail value for prize pack one (1) is $689 and the value of each subsequent prize pack is $398.99. The first three (3) valid entries drawn will win the three (3) prize packs with the first drawn winner winning the 1 x Apple Watch Series 7. The winners are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the Prize that are not specifically included (as stated in this clause 9), including (where applicable) travel and insurance and all other incidentals. Prize delivery details will be arranged with the Prize draw winners directly.
The Prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable or exchangeable.
If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute Prize of equal or greater value.
The winner has rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the Prize awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
