I am wanting to get an indoor sauna for home use, hope it will help in the winter with arthritis and aches and pains.
Nothing flash as will be sited in a spare bedroom. I have seen some on this companies website TSB Living.

Price is good and it is suitable for what I want. There are mixed reviews of this company so was wondering is anyone

I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. There is a reason sauna units made in Europe last 10+ years.
I think you would be setting yourself up for heartache with something price $2500, that is subject to extremes of heat and moisture, made in China…
I would try and purchase a Narvi sauna unit or similar (Made in Finland), and then install it in a suitable enclosure. https://finnsauna.co.nz/
