The Warehouse Honey Issues

I just had an interesting conversation with warehouse online trying to explain the fact that I only received 2 jars on honey whereas I had ordered 8.
Knowing that they often deliver using multiple parcels from different stores I left it a while.
They said it appeared fine on their end, 2x450g jars for $28.

Had to really push for them to understand that its not correct. They will take a closer look in 24-48 hours…

Has anyone had issues with their multiple honey order arriving?

I received 2 instead of 4, but when I asked them to check the status of my order, the agent just proceeded to resend 2 jars, they arrived today (took only 2 days). I believe I'll never receive the other 2 that I was trying to find out what happened. Maybe the packer packed 2 jars instead of 2 "lots" or 2 jars (but the packing slip obviously shown they pack 2 jars instead of 4).

Not the first time for me, I ordered the shampoo + conditioner set, 3 lots of 2 bottle set, and they sent 3 bottles, with one single bottle randomly taken from a set….haha

Not sure what's going on there.

  App shows 1x market honey - delivered, all my emails say 8x market honey, I received 2 jars with 1 of 8 marked down on packing slip..

It's too hard for them to work out so they are issuing a refund…
