  Bought last year, The resolution process and shipping is very slow if you are in NZ.

  I purchased the Redmi Note 10 Pro from Skyphonez via The Market on 18 Nov 2022. I'm in NZ. It finally shipped on the 28th after a few emails to The Market support raising concerns about the lack of communication and delay in shipping (I found this thread and others indicating poor customer service and dodgey levels of honesty at best).

  Shoot forward to yesterday when my phone finally arrived, and they sent me the Redmi Note 11 instead of the 10 Pro. Hardly surprised after reading all the reviews of the same thing happening.

  I've been communicating with The Market to get this sorted but it is currently unresolved and I do not yet have the phone I paid for. My advice - steer clear of Skyphonez no matter how good their prices seem. Getting what you paid for, getting it the first time, and receiving it in an appropriate time frame is worth the extra $50 imo.

  I bought a Pixel 6a off them earlier this year through TheMarket, freaked out when I saw the FB reviews and decided I'd email them/contact them on Messenger every single day until they gave me a tracking number. They were very annoyed, but did ship it very fast.

  I ordered sage, but they sent me black. I didn't bother complaining.

  My friend later ordered a Pixel 6a off them (in black) and got his similarly quickly (in black).
