  Solo prints came out nicely but need a scalable image. Paid $5 extra for sealer.

  Can someone explain to me how on their website, there is a Google review link gives 4.3 stars (on the bottom right hand corner of the website), but the links users have posted give a rating of 1.4 stars? seem intentionally misleading

  Interesting to see the -ve voting! Just to be clear, I have no association with this site, but happy with the delivery and quality of the product that I’ve received. I wasn’t across the Google review earlier, but reading it now… my 2 cents.

  1. The majority of the issue appears to be around delivery. Where the respective users believe it’s being printed locally and expected to be delivered in a few days. Agree; the website wasn’t clear in this space. However, just a coincidence that I have already noted this in the post.
  2. There are a few comments around quality. Pixelation is closely tied to file size, i.e. https://prophotosupply.com/blogs/resources/how-large-can-i-p…. An image suitable for phone or social media maybe not be the correct file for a large canvas print.
