Answer the questions, provide your phone number and address, and you'll be given an order code which you can then show at a collection point to receive your RATs.

Just collected 2 x kits from Auckland Airport. Spent more time driving around cones then actually talking with the people there.
Otara - I had ordered online but during pickup they did not check my order number, got three per household member.
Did it work to just walk in and collect them by showing the order number at the Otara centre?
during pick up, didnt ask for anything except for how many in my household, told them 3ppl and they gave me 4 boxes, each box has 20kits. total 100 rat kits! not complaining!

I think the “20 kits” had 5 tests per kit? That is very generous.. lol, wow, perhaps someone who didn’t realise how many were in the “boxes”? Must’ve been quite a decent sized box..

In Wainuiomata the code almost didn't work - my dad almost got turned away because he wasn't a household contact and the code system isn't working. He was getting them for my brother, who tested positive immediately.
