IIRC they send emails using their au domain, so it may have been as a result of that.

It's definitely NZ, they just host the "online view" of the emails on their Australian server.
If someone else has the email they can click "view email online" and compare the emails. I'm willing to bet the barcodes are NOT UNIQUE to each email flyer.
Should probably cut off the top if you print the entire email, otherwise they will wonder why there are so many Mike's buying this deal.
Coupon codes for JBHiFi have been posted before, and no mention of any problems with unique codes.
Looks like it's in Australian dollars and fine print says only one per coupon
