We've only had good experiences with MacPac and this time no different. Wife sent an email that we thought we were getting an extra 10% off on their current clearance but did not get it at check out. MacPac replied that the extra 10 off promotion finished 1 Feb and we bought 2 Feb but also that these things happen and they will give us the 10% off. They are a good bunch aye :-).
Had a zip repaired on a jacket with no issues. No questions asked as to how it broke.
