Seems a bit dicey to be honest. App has almost all complaints and the website, well the FAQ section is filled with placeholder writing.

Don't trust it myself, would be very careful.

    I call BS.
    
    The website domain was first registered 16 months ago. Which you'll note is less than "years"
    
    None of the links on the website footer work, links like Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

        @Sadie: Basically none of the links work on the website, and the FAQ is filled with Lorem Ipsum.
        
        If they are legitimate, they didn't bother to spend even 5 minutes to make their website look like they are legit.

        @CheepCheepCheep: I've used them for pickup orders in the past (like 2018) without issues when they were still GivemeBread.
        They used to have a deal on Grabone where it was $1 for $11 of credit (https://www.cheapies.nz/node/16311).
        
        Looks like they re-branded in 2020, as per the email spam I've continued to receive!

I've used them once, the order never showed & they refused to refund me. I called support several times & it just goes to someones mobile. Friend had a similar experience, personally wouldn't recommend

iv used them once or twice before, food arrived as ordered (and is often cheaper than other apps), but found that they were slow compared to other delivery apps (like over an hour from ordering food until arriving, where I live other apps would deliver in 20-30mins on average). This is their 'new app' not sure if they have improved on the old (slow) one.
The 5000 points is $5 off your order, so not great but hey still $5.
