          Same, don’t ask won’t get! Got an email ‘order’ confirmation for all 5 sample packs. If it were me, I’d send them all out to anyone who asked - postage will be the same and I can’t imagine they’ll be completely swamped with requests.

      It's nice to hear from a supplier that is actually happy to provide free samples rather than getting all grumpy that they have given away their product for free (as sometimes happens).

    I noticed that people have got a tracked shipping update for their orders.
    Mine has been sent, but the tracking link doesn't work at all.

    Same for my wife's order..?

      Mine arrived too.
      I see the envelope has a NZ 'KiwiStamp' on it, even though it comes from Oz.
      Looks like they sent the product to a mate in NZ who then stuck the stamps on here.
      Quite clever - must have saved them a few $$ in postage charges and would explain why the tracked shipping link didn't work.

    Hi everyone, just to confirm the letters are un tracked (tracking number is a system generated thingy we can't turn off). And yes we did send to one of our Kiwi bro's to help us with distribution! Adds a bit of extra delivery time but it has taken us a good couple weeks to pack the samples off, sorry for the delays! Thanks again to those who legitimately want to try, remember meaningful change takes time and be sure to check out the quality of supplements on the info card :)

    We have had a handful of people taking the piss, I won't name names… but that's to be expected so we can deal with that. What's not acceptable is the volume of uncouth, unnecessary abuse our customer service team has received, completely misaligned with our values. We have a zero tolerance for harassment of our employees and the vast majority of the people in this category have come as a referral from the cheapies website. I'm sure it's probably not the people reading this thread but if you do have forums to communicate about behaviour please remind users not to be deckheads.

    FYI - this afternoon we're switching over to free samples, just pay shipping.

      I've yet to try mine but am looking forward to it. I've enjoyed your comments too Nick. Just a bit of a bummer that you guys get hate for giving your product away for free.
      And I definitely chucked in more than one sample in an order 😅. Wasn't expecting them to all be there in the parcel.

      Also, there are ways to ban your store or a deal from your store on this website. Just can't remember where that page is exactly.

      If a free sample never showed up I’m unlikely to care enough to message customer service. More likely to ignore the brand if anything. It’s likely the emails that show up every couple of days that’s triggering their memories and thus their rage

      I would suggest laying off the promotional / subscription emails - I don't think I have had a company send the number of emails you guys do, almost 3 a week?

    So far no samples (only chose the 2 that I have actual interest in purchasing more of) the only downside is the huge amount of emails promotional emails sent out with nothing to currently compare it to or if I will purchase more.

    Hopefully I will get the samples and purchase more if the taste is right.

    I'm guessing everyone got the "what did you think?" email? I still haven't gotten anything after 3 weeks, and with no tracking, all I can do is wait and hope it's on its way. I'm not going to reply to the email so they can help track my order down, I don't think they can do anything about it anyways.

      Yeah I just did the same; still nothing, but replied to the email in case they thought it needed to be resent.
      I am in the need for restocking my supplies now (well last week but was holding off on this to see), but will have to just get something else ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  • Mine arrived today, 5 flavours so less then what was selected, I think there were around 9-12 different ones in the promo if you ticked every type? Free is free though ☺️

    Yet to try them, packets seem to have a decent amount in them though like those hotel hot chocolate sachets.
