This version of Essence hand sanitiser seems to be different from the ones you can get from Chemist Warehouse, Countdown, Mitre10 or Pak n' Save.
The "normal" version of Essence are only 62% alcohol whilst this one has 70%, and a lot cheaper than all other stores too!

At $3, it's only 60 cents per 100ml, so I think it's a no brainer getting this for your own use or for your business, especially since most 60ml travel bottle cost $2 or more, and similar 70% alcohol hand sanitiser cost 2.5x or 3x+ more than this one.
Potentially a loss leader product or overstocked product! Seems like plenty of stock around the country too!
