  I'm happy with it. They are run out of the privacy-friendly Cayman Islands, and state that they log nothing but billing info. The speeds are reasonable, they have browser extensions for the major browsers. I don't expect they'll be around forever, but at this price I'll be happy with a few years of service.     I have it too.
    It works for what I need and it's cheap but I'm not sure what 'fastest' is relative to.
    No NZ servers either.
