Is that just me or is that because of the Christmas period that all my returns at The Market is taking forever to be refunded? My first return was back in beginning of Nov but I only got refunded few days before Christmas. I am still waiting for multiple returns to be processed, two of them are to overseas merchants so I expect those will be delayed. However, return to the local merchants shouldn't take more than a month? Or is that the norm at the market? I'll write to them but based on my last correspondence with them they are taking few days to respond to my queries.
It took 3 months for them to refund and take back a dented and weird banging noise making dryer. The dryer was from 1-day. I eventually got Consumer advisors involved, which I think helped.
