  I had a look at the pictures and the reusable cup/s looks really low quality even thought it's a bonus, it doesn't seem to be a deciding factor for even a cheap guy like me

  C'mon Starbucks, wouldn't a better way to support the environment be to offer FREE coffee to those who bring a reusable cup?

  This creates more waste, as the Starbucks cup will probably either be thrown out, or sit at the bottom of a draw because it's the cheapest looking one!

  Got one myself awhile ago. App was not working at 8 am. So good staff allowed me to order in store.
