Confirmed not requiring the app, mention an email and they took the can in exchange for chips and sauce. Great combo with the free BK today :)
What's the cheapest can can you get? $0.69 can of VALUE tomatoes seems hard to beat (84 calories of yum yum Italiano cuisine).
